đź’ˇ Quick Answer: Libra and Capricorn compatibility is genuinely challenging. These signs square each other. This creates a clash. Libra needs harmony and partnership. Capricorn drives for achievement and self-sufficiency. This pairing requires accepting that ease won’t come naturally.
Libra and Capricorn Compatibility Overview
Libra and Capricorn are square in the zodiac. This means they are three signs apart. They operate from very different playbooks. Libra, ruled by Venus, wants beauty, balance, and someone to share it all with. Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, wants structure, legacy, and proof that effort pays off. These are both cardinal signs, so they’re initiators who like to lead. But what they’re leading toward couldn’t be more different.

The friction here is baked into their elemental nature. Air signs like Libra process life through ideas, conversation, and social connection. Earth signs like Capricorn process life through results, time, and what can be built. When Libra wants to talk through a decision, Capricorn has already made it and moved on. When Capricorn sets a boundary, Libra wonders if there’s a softer way to say it.
This pairing often attracts because each sees in the other what they lack. Libra admires Capricorn’s certainty and backbone. Capricorn is drawn to Libra’s warmth and ability to make everything feel less like work. But admiration doesn’t always translate to compatibility. The qualities that intrigue at first become the qualities that frustrate later.
The challenge isn’t that these two are different. The challenge is that their core mechanisms actively contradict each other. Libra’s need for partnership runs headlong into Capricorn’s self-reliance. Capricorn holds back emotions. This can feel like rejection. A sign that values connection wants responsiveness. Neither is wrong. They’re just building different things.
Libra and Capricorn In Bed
Sexual chemistry between Libra and Capricorn starts with intrigue but stalls on execution. Libra sees sex as a way to connect. It should feel mutual and beautiful. Capricorn approaches sex as something private, earned, and stripped of performance. Libra wants to feel desired in the moment. Capricorn wants to feel respected in the aftermath.
The mismatch shows up in pacing. Libra lingers over ambiance, mood, the rightness of the setting. Capricorn finds extended seduction exhausting and would rather get to the point. For Capricorn, too much buildup feels like performance anxiety. For Libra, skipping the buildup feels transactional. Neither lands where the other needs them to.
Libra’s Venus rulership makes them responsive to praise, eye contact, and verbal affirmation during sex. Capricorn’s Saturn influence makes them uncomfortable with overt displays of need. What Libra reads as passion, Capricorn might read as neediness. What Capricorn reads as composure, Libra might read as disinterest. The feedback loop breaks down quickly.
“Here’s what I see with Venus-ruled Libra and Saturn-ruled Capricorn in bed: Libra’s checking in constantly for emotional reassurance, and Capricorn’s interpreting that as insecurity. Meanwhile, Capricorn’s reserve reads as rejection to Libra, who needs responsiveness to feel safe. They’re both trying, but the signals don’t translate.”
— Melissa
One tool that helps: Libra can ask directly what Capricorn needs instead of waiting for nonverbal cues that won’t come. Capricorn can offer one specific compliment or affirmation per encounter, even if it feels awkward at first. This won’t fix the fundamental disconnect, but it creates small moments of meeting in the middle.
Libra Man and Capricorn Woman in Bed
A Libra man wants his partner to feel cherished, and he’ll put effort into creating that feeling. He’ll notice what she responds to and adjust accordingly. A Capricorn woman respects effort, but she doesn’t need to be wooed every single time. She’d rather he be direct about what he wants than circle around it trying to gauge her mood.
Her restraint can read as criticism to him, even when it’s not. He might interpret her lack of effusiveness as a sign he’s doing something wrong. She might interpret his constant checking in as insecurity. The dynamic becomes a loop where he tries harder and she pulls back further, both feeling misunderstood.
She values privacy and discretion. He values making her feel seen. Those two impulses don’t overlap easily. If he pushes for reassurance too often, she’ll feel pressured. If she stays too reserved, he’ll feel like he’s performing alone. Neither outcome builds intimacy.
Capricorn Man and Libra Woman in Bed
A Capricorn man treats sex as something serious, not casual. He’s not interested in experimentation for its own sake or in performing desire he doesn’t feel. A Libra woman reads that seriousness as intensity at first, which appeals to her. But over time, she might wish he’d relax into playfulness more often.
She wants to feel like he’s present with her, not just executing a plan. He wants to feel like she trusts his competence without needing constant reassurance. Those are different requests. She might ask if he’s enjoying himself, and he’ll find the question odd because he wouldn’t be there if he wasn’t. She’s asking for emotional presence. He’s offering physical presence. The gap widens.
Her tendency to mirror his energy can backfire here. If she senses his discomfort with overt displays, she might tone herself down to match him. Then they both end up muted, and neither gets what they actually need. The compromise doesn’t serve anyone.

Libra and Capricorn Trust
Trust operates on different timelines for these two. Libra builds trust quickly. Their Venus nature sees the good in others first. Capricorn withholds trust until it’s earned, because Saturn teaches that time reveals character. Libra can feel unfairly judged by Capricorn’s skepticism. Capricorn can feel unsafe with Libra’s openness.
Libra’s people-pleasing tendencies create a specific trust issue for Capricorn. When Libra agrees too readily or avoids conflict to keep the peace, Capricorn doesn’t know what they actually think. Capricorn values honesty over harmony. If Libra says yes when they mean maybe, Capricorn will catch it eventually and lose respect for the performance.
Capricorn’s emotional withholding creates a different trust issue for Libra. Libra reads connection through reciprocal sharing. When Capricorn stays private or deflects personal questions, Libra wonders what’s being hidden. Capricorn isn’t hiding anything. They just don’t equate disclosure with intimacy. For them, showing up consistently is the disclosure.
“The pattern that surprises people is how Libra’s agreeableness actually breaks trust with Capricorn. Saturn demands authenticity over pleasantness. When Libra smooths over their real opinion to avoid conflict, Capricorn registers it as deception. They’d rather hear a hard no than a soft yes that doesn’t mean anything.”
— Melissa
A practical approach: Libra can practice saying “I need to think about that” instead of agreeing prematurely. Capricorn can share one low-stakes personal detail per week, even if it feels unnecessary. These small shifts won’t transform the dynamic, but they address the specific trust gaps this pairing creates.
Libra Man and Capricorn Woman Trust Dynamic
A Libra man’s charm can work against him with a Capricorn woman. She observes how he engages with others. If he’s warm and attentive to everyone, she wonders if his focus on her has any real meaning. He thinks he’s being kind. She thinks he’s being noncommittal. Neither is wrong, but the interpretation gap matters.
He might share details about his day or his feelings readily, expecting her to do the same. When she doesn’t, he fills the silence with more talking, which makes her retreat further. She interprets his openness as a lack of boundaries. He interprets her reserve as a lack of interest. The dynamic becomes circular, with each response confirming the other’s fear.
She needs to see that he follows through on commitments before she’ll soften. He needs to feel emotionally safe before he’ll stop performing. Those two needs don’t resolve easily. If he proves himself through actions over months, she might begin to trust him. But if he needs emotional reassurance during those months, she’ll see it as weakness.
Capricorn Man and Libra Woman Trust Dynamic
A Capricorn man shows care through responsibility, not words. He’ll remember appointments, handle logistics, and build stability quietly. A Libra woman notices those things, but she also needs verbal affirmation that she matters to him. When he doesn’t offer it, she starts wondering if he’s just going through the motions.
She might test him by being less available or more independent, hoping he’ll pursue her more actively. He won’t. He’ll respect her space and assume she’s fine. She reads his lack of pursuit as indifference. He reads her distance as a clear signal to back off. Neither is playing games intentionally, but the crossed wires create real damage.
Her indecisiveness can frustrate his need for clarity. If she changes plans or waffles on commitments, he’ll question whether she’s serious about the relationship. She’s not being flaky. She’s weighing options to find the best outcome for both of them. But to him, commitment means deciding and sticking with it, even if the decision isn’t perfect.
Libra and Capricorn Communication and Intellect
Libra and Capricorn both have sharp minds, but they use them for opposing purposes. Libra uses intellect to explore possibilities, weigh perspectives, and find the fairest solution. Capricorn uses intellect to eliminate options, commit to a path, and execute efficiently. When they try to solve a problem together, Libra is still mapping the terrain while Capricorn is already building the road.
Libra’s air element makes them verbal processors. They think out loud, testing ideas by speaking them. Capricorn’s earth element makes them internal processors. They think first, then speak only when they’ve reached a conclusion. Libra experiences Capricorn’s silence as withholding. Capricorn experiences Libra’s ongoing narration as noise.
The cardinal modality they share means both want to lead the conversation, but toward different destinations. Libra wants to arrive at consensus. Capricorn wants to arrive at a decision. Libra will keep talking until everyone feels heard. Capricorn will stop talking once the path forward is clear. Those two endpoints rarely align.
One reframe that helps: when Capricorn goes quiet, Libra can assume they’re thinking, not shutting down. When Libra keeps talking, Capricorn can assume they’re processing, not stalling. This doesn’t solve the fundamental difference, but it removes the layer of personal offense that makes it worse.
Libra Man and Capricorn Woman Communication
A Libra man approaches disagreements by softening his language and finding common ground. A Capricorn woman handles disagreements by clearly stating her position. She expects the same from others. He hears her directness as harshness. She hears his diplomacy as avoidance. Neither lands where they’re aiming.
He might ask her opinion on something, then respond to her answer with reasons why an alternative might also work. He thinks he’s being collaborative. She thinks he’s wasting her time by asking if he’s already decided. If he wanted input, he should take it. If he didn’t, he shouldn’t have asked. For her, there’s no middle ground.
She values efficiency in conversation. He values thoroughness. She’ll cut him off if he’s repeating himself or overexplaining. He’ll feel dismissed and stop sharing. Then she’ll wonder why he’s being distant, not realizing she shut the door herself. The pattern reinforces itself every time they try to talk through something important.
Capricorn Man and Libra Woman Communication
A Capricorn man communicates in bullet points. A Libra woman communicates in paragraphs. She needs context, nuance, and a sense of how he’s feeling about what he’s saying. He needs the main point and a clear next step. She’ll give him the full story. He’ll interrupt to ask what she needs from him. She doesn’t need anything. She’s sharing.
When she presents a problem, he offers solutions immediately. She didn’t ask for solutions. She asked to be heard. He thinks he’s being helpful. She thinks he’s being dismissive. If she says “never mind,” he takes her at her word and moves on. She wanted him to circle back. The miscommunication isn’t about bad intent. It’s about incompatible communication styles that don’t have a natural meeting point.
She might soften her requests or couch them in hypotheticals to avoid sounding demanding. He takes her at face value. If she says “maybe we could think about dinner,” he thinks it’s optional. If she wanted dinner, she should have said so directly. She thought she was being considerate. He thought she was being unclear. Neither is wrong, but the relationship suffers anyway.
Libra and Capricorn Emotions
Emotional expression is where this pairing hits its hardest wall. Libra’s Venus rulership makes them emotionally generous and responsive. They want to feel feelings together, process them out loud, and come out the other side closer. Capricorn’s Saturn rulership makes them emotionally cautious and private. They process internally, recover alone, and move forward without revisiting.
Libra reads Capricorn’s emotional restraint as coldness or rejection. Capricorn reads Libra’s emotional availability as a lack of self-control. Libra thinks if Capricorn loved them, they’d open up more. Capricorn thinks if Libra respected them, they’d stop pushing. Neither belief is accurate, but both feel true in the moment.
The issue isn’t that Capricorn doesn’t feel. They feel deeply. But Saturn’s influence teaches them that emotions are private, not performance. Sharing vulnerability requires trust that’s been tested over years, not weeks. Libra, governed by the planet of connection, doesn’t understand why trust needs to be quite that hard-won. For them, vulnerability builds trust. For Capricorn, trust enables vulnerability. The order matters.
Watch for this behavior: Libra gives emotional support to Capricorn, even if Capricorn didn’t ask for it. When Capricorn doesn’t return the support, Libra may feel rejected. Capricorn can state clearly when they need space versus when they’re open to support. Libra can ask directly instead of assuming their partner needs comfort. Small clarifications prevent big resentments.
Libra Man and Capricorn Woman Emotional Connection
A Libra man wants to know how his partner is feeling, and he’ll ask repeatedly if she doesn’t offer it up front. A Capricorn woman finds this level of emotional check-in invasive. She’s fine unless she says otherwise. His concern reads as doubt in her ability to manage herself. Her self-sufficiency reads as emotional unavailability to him.
When he’s upset, he wants to talk it through immediately. When she’s upset, she wants to be left alone until she’s figured it out. If he pushes for connection during her processing time, she’ll snap at him. If she withdraws during his processing time, he’ll spiral into anxiety. Neither timing works for both of them.
He might cry during an argument or express hurt openly. She respects his honesty but also loses respect for what she perceives as a lack of composure. She’d never show emotion that way, especially not in conflict. He sees her stoicism as proof she doesn’t care as much as he does. She sees his emotionality as proof he’s not stable enough to depend on. Both judgments are unfair, but they happen anyway.
Capricorn Man and Libra Woman Emotional Connection
A Capricorn man demonstrates love through consistency and provision, not words. A Libra woman needs words. She needs to hear that she’s valued, that he’s happy, that they’re solid. When he doesn’t offer those reassurances, she starts questioning everything. He thinks his actions should speak for themselves. She thinks if he loved her, saying it wouldn’t be this hard.
She might bring up past hurts to process them fully and move on. He sees this as rehashing resolved issues and refuses to engage. She feels dismissed. He feels ambushed. She’s trying to achieve closure through conversation. He achieved closure by deciding it was over and not thinking about it again. Neither method accommodates the other.
When she’s emotional, he’ll often go practical. She’s crying about feeling disconnected, and he’s suggesting they plan a date night. She doesn’t want a solution. She wants him to sit in the feeling with her. He can’t. Sitting in the feeling without a next step makes him feel helpless, and Saturn doesn’t do helpless. His deflection to logistics isn’t avoidance. It’s the only way he knows how to care.
Libra and Capricorn Values
Libra values fairness, beauty, and relationships that feel balanced. Capricorn values achievement, respect, and security that’s been built through effort. Libra’s 7th house association means they see themselves through partnerships.Capricorn’s 10th house association means they see themselves through accomplishments. Those core orientations don’t overlap.
Libra makes decisions by weighing what’s fair to everyone involved. Capricorn makes decisions by weighing what’s strategically sound long-term. Libra will sacrifice efficiency for harmony. Capricorn will sacrifice harmony for results. When they’re choosing anything together, from where to live to how to spend money, these value differences create gridlock.
Libra spends money on experiences, aesthetics, and social connection. Capricorn invests in quality items that last. They also focus on future security. Libra sees Capricorn’s frugality as joyless. Capricorn sees Libra’s spending as shortsighted. Neither is being reckless or stingy. They’re operating from different value systems that don’t translate.
The respect issue cuts deep for this pairing. Capricorn believes respect is earned through competence, discipline, and time. Libra believes respect is a baseline human courtesy. When Capricorn withholds respect until Libra proves themselves, Libra feels judged and diminished. When Libra wants respect but doesn’t show their skills, Capricorn feels ignored.
A specific compromise to try: agree on one shared financial goal and one individual discretionary fund per person. Let Capricorn manage the shared goal. Let Libra spend their individual fund however they want without judgment. This won’t resolve the underlying value clash, but it prevents the daily friction from eroding what connection exists.
Libra and Capricorn Shared Activities
Finding activities both signs like needs compromise. Their downtime needs often clash. Libra recharges by being social. They enjoy cultural events. They also love beautiful or interesting places. Capricorn recharges through solitude, productive hobbies, and activities with clear outcomes. Libra wants to go to the gallery opening. Capricorn wants to stay home and organize the garage.
Libra takes Capricorn to social events. Capricorn joins in but hates missing out on their own priorities. When Capricorn insists on quiet weekends, Libra feels isolated and starts seeking social connection elsewhere. Both feel the other is being unreasonable. Neither is. They’re just incompatible in how they define leisure.
Libra approaches activities as opportunities for connection and shared experience. Capricorn approaches activities as tasks to complete or skills to master. Hiking together sounds romantic to Libra. To Capricorn, it’s exercise with an inefficient pace because they keep stopping to talk. Cooking together sounds collaborative to Libra. To Capricorn, it’s faster to cook alone without someone asking questions about every step.
One question to ask instead of an assumption: “Is this something you’d enjoy doing with me, or something you’d rather I do on my own?” Libra stops feeling rejected when Capricorn opts out. Capricorn stops feeling obligated to fake enthusiasm. They can pursue separate activities without it meaning the relationship is failing. For this pairing, parallel play might be healthier than forced togetherness.
Libra and Capricorn in Relationships
Libra and Capricorn in a long-term relationship requires both people to accept that ease won’t come. Libra’s need for partnership is foundational to their identity, but Capricorn doesn’t need a partner to feel complete. They can want a partner and still be fundamentally self-sufficient. That difference in need creates a power imbalance Libra will feel acutely.
Capricorn’s ambition often takes priority over the relationship, not out of malice but because their 10th house rulership makes achievement feel like survival. Libra knows work is important to Capricorn, but they still feel secondary. Capricorn knows Libra needs reassurance, but they still find it tiring.
The square aspect between these signs means they’re constantly activating each other’s growth edges, but not in comfortable ways. Libra teaches Capricorn that not everything needs to be earned or scheduled. Capricorn teaches Libra that boundaries aren’t cruel and efficiency isn’t cold. Those lessons are valuable. They’re also painful to learn from someone you’re trying to love.
“What catches people off guard is how the square aspect works between these two cardinal signs. They both want to initiate and lead, but Libra’s leading toward partnership and Capricorn’s leading toward achievement. It’s not that one priority is better. It’s that those goals compete for the same resources—time, energy, attention—and someone always feels shortchanged.”
— Melissa
This pairing rarely works unless both people have compatible moon or Venus placements that soften the sun sign clash. Even then, the fundamental friction remains. Libra will always want more emotional availability than Capricorn is wired to give. Capricorn will always want more independence than Libra is comfortable allowing. The relationship can function, but it won’t feel natural.
A good boundary to try: Capricorn should have one weekly check-in. During this time, they can share something personal without needing a prompt. Libra won’t ask for emotional processing outside scheduled times, unless it’s a real emergency. This creates a container for Libra’s needs without making Capricorn feel ambushed. It’s not romantic. But for this pairing, structure might be more useful than spontaneity.
Are Libra and Capricorn Soulmates?
Soulmates isn’t the right frame for Libra and Capricorn. Soulmates suggests an inherent rightness, a sense that these two were meant to find each other. What Libra and Capricorn find in each other is challenge, friction, and constant negotiation. That can be growth. It’s rarely comfort.
Libra’s Venus wants love to feel good. Capricorn’s Saturn knows that good things require work. Those aren’t compatible philosophies. Libra will always feel like they’re working too hard for something that should flow more easily. Capricorn will always feel like Libra is asking for reassurance that their actions should have already provided.
The square aspect doesn’t create soulmate energy. It creates catalyst energy. These two make each other grow, but growth through friction is exhausting. Libra might become more decisive and less people-pleasing through Capricorn’s influence. Capricorn might become more emotionally expressive and less rigidly self-reliant through Libra’s influence. But those changes come at a cost.
If both charts have significant placements that support the connection, the relationship can last. But lasting doesn’t mean easy. It means both people deciding that the growth is worth the discomfort. It means accepting that this person will never meet you the way you naturally want to be met, and choosing them anyway.
For most Libra-Capricorn pairs, the honest answer is that they’re not soulmates. They’re teachers. Sometimes the lesson is how to love someone fundamentally different from you. Sometimes the lesson is recognizing when compatibility matters more than chemistry. Both lessons have value, even if they lead to different endings.
Libra and Capricorn Summary
Libra and Capricorn compatibility is genuinely difficult. These two signs square each other, which means their core mechanisms contradict rather than complement. Libra’s Venus-ruled warmth crashes into Capricorn’s Saturn-ruled restraint. Libra’s need for partnership runs headlong into Capricorn’s self-sufficiency. Neither is wrong. They’re just building entirely different things.
The challenges are specific and structural. Libra processes emotions out loud and wants reciprocal vulnerability. Capricorn processes emotions internally and guards vulnerability carefully. Libra makes decisions by weighing fairness to everyone. Capricorn makes decisions by weighing strategic outcomes. Libra recharges through social connection. Capricorn recharges through solitude. These aren’t small differences. They’re foundational incompatibilities.
The tools in this guide won’t fix the mismatch, but they can make it more bearable. Libra practicing directness instead of people-pleasing gives Capricorn something solid to trust. Capricorn offering scheduled emotional check-ins gives Libra a container for their needs. Both partners recognizing each other’s way of loving is valid helps prevent resentment. It may not be their first choice, but acceptance matters.
This pairing works when both people accept that it will never feel easy. It works when growth matters more than comfort, when both charts have placements that soften the sun sign clash, and when neither person needs their partner to change who they fundamentally are. Those conditions are rare. When they exist, Libra and Capricorn can build something that lasts. But it will never be the effortless connection either sign might find elsewhere.

He’s a libra sun libra moon. He’s got a lot of venus in his charts. I am cap sun cap moon. Have lots of cap and aqua. He’s hopelessly romantic and a girl magnet while im serious, introverted and somewhat stoic and aloof. At first we just cant get along, like we fight all the time. As cliche as it sounds, yes we eventually fell in love. He always surprises me with flowers, chocolates, and occasionally songs. He always brightens up my day and for the first time maybe, i find myself smiling all the time. I can tell him my deepest darkest secrets. I give him advice and keep him grounded when he gets too flighty. He brings out the best in me. I can cry on him. Yes i get jealous at times because he is somewhat flirty and a lot of girls like him.But in the end of the day he would tell me he loves me so much. Now after 4 years of dating and such, we’re finally engaged. And i must say he’s the best thing that ever happened to me.
We are extremely attracted to each other, he loves my humor and charisma, I love his easy, and responsible nature. The fact that we are both used to being chased sort of put me off at first, but I love a good hunt so I went for it. He lets me know he is into me and makes me feel like a goddess. He seems to be extremely respectful and reserved. And that puts me off in the bedroom And there is something in me that doesn’t want to give him too big of a head, We are not together. Just friends who sleep together for now since we were both just in a long term relationship. We give each other that freedom. I know he sees other girls, and I’m fine with letting him explore the world. I even shared him with one woman. There is definitely something special about him unlike my past Gemini or sag. It’s only been 2 months and my only turn offs are that he can be sort of dull when telling a story, he usually makes me text him first and he seems to bottle emotions. Although very intriguing
Libra and Capricorn love talking and experiencing culture, but that’s where it ends. Caps are notoriously demanding when it comes to relationships and they are easily prone to jealousy. The Libra’s humor tends to fall flat with them. Caps also tend to think far ahead with their future, and they want everything in their lives to revolve around that. The most damning thing is that both of their sexuality is misaligned, usually it is rare to find a cap and libra attracted to each other. And if it happens it tends to be short-lived. HOWEVER, libras and caps have the potential to be really good friends, if not best friends.
Soul Mates
My Capricorn always made it hard to love him.But its like I knew he knew we were meant to be. He focused on money, coming up, I focused on love and having fun and raising children. That’s where we clashed. I was the procrastinator he was the go getter. And that’s why he left. I haven’t seen him in eight months don’t know where he is. In the end he chose money over love. That’s a Capricorn man. It doesn’t matter if God came down and told him I was the one He made for him, If a woman with a whole lot more than me financially came around the corner he’d choose her.
I am a capricorn female and have recently met a libra male. We are so different….. I can’t begin to think of all the things we disagree on, but part of me feels this incredibly strong magnetism to him. I am a very charming, lovable person, and can usually make people fall for my instantly. Strangely with him it’s like a whole new game that I haven’t gotten instruction too. Real communication has always been a weak point, but for some reason I feel ease to disagreeing with him, and in a sense getting passionate or angry. I’m use to being lathered with compliments, and with him I feel he wants more appreciation on his half, which as terrible as it sounds I’m not use to doing. Part of me feels a much stronger connection to just being his friend to be honest. But every time I say that, we always drive right back to each other. I’m just not ready to have another broken heart, which I fear to make that a point.
My husband is a Libra and I’m a Capricorn . we tend to bump heads and if we fight we both hate losing but he’s been my most real and meaningful relationship. And he’s been the most loyal and sweet man since we met . we’ve known each other for 7 years and he’s been my rock for so long. We are in sync with each other and very in love with each other. So I’ll vouch that Libra men and Capricorn women do mix very well after the differences. I love my husband very much and he loves me. Its just perfect how well we go together.
I have been with a Cap man for about 7 months now and we get along very well. At first it was the strangest relationship I had ever encountered but after a couple of months I began to understand him and his ways and we are happy. He can be distant but that’s when he’s focused. When he resurfaces he gives me all the attention I need, sometimes too much. lol. I accept his flaws and try to understand the person he is inside. He understands who I am and respects me and my family. I hope we have a long and wonderful relationship. Every person is different though regardless of horoscope, if a man has a good, grounded family at home and loves and respect for his mother/father/sisters etc, its likely he will respect his woman and love her just as he would love the women in his family. There are always challenges but thats how all relationships are.
The best way I can describe our relationship IS… it was a roller coaster ride, it was like a tornado in the desert. LIBRA’S are an air sign and CAP’S are an earth sign it crazy. He was like no guy I’ve ever been with before had his walls up wanted to control, really pushed my buttons the good and bad, our sex was amazing but, he was very jealous, he just loved to start fights and is very spiteful and said some of the meanest things to me that I will never forget. I hate fighting. He always wanted to be right never listened to anyone but, himself was rude and demanding. My family and friends didn’t like him cause he didn’t make much of an effort and I made it a point to get to know his family and friends to make him happy but, he couldn’t do the same .He is a hard worker ,works all the time but, even when things were good, nothing was ever good enough for him and he always had negative thoughts, he was crazy and his temper was bad so bad that he pushed me away, I wasn’t happy anymore
I am the girl (Libra) and I have been dating my boyfriend (Cap) for about 4 months and it’s like true love. He is everything I always thought I would never date but our friendship became serious and it’s amazing. He is quiet and shy when first meeting people where as I am so outgoing. We just have this bond where we can be together 24/7 and never fight, argue, or get sick of eachother. He has never been in a relationship before me where as I have. I never would have seen myself dating him but it’s the most perfect thing to ever happen to me.
OMG!!! I am absolutely amazed at how true most of this stuff is! I have been with a Libra male for 4 years now and it has been interesting to put it nicely. The bad times are complete train wrecks and the good times are a high no other drug can give you. The sex is the best I have ever had – only when we have it! He has not been faithful always looking for something not boring or routine. He’s been a mooch and a pathological liar, but been the most loving caring man I have ever met. However, I am last to his social networks acceptance. He always wants to help/improve someone (mostly female). I have an extreme amount of patience (of a god as he puts it), but have been seriously wondering if I should jump ship. I want to believe that he could be with me and only me because I know deep down he loves me, but my fear of being alone has me completely stuck! Wonder if this is a normal Capricorn characteristic..
I am a Libra woman who dated a Capricorn woman on and off for almost a year. When it’s good, it’s good, and when it’s bad, it’s just not worth it. Of course, the sex is amazing, but even that can’t make this last. The Capricorn woman is not emotional enough for the Libra. She is actually volatile with her emotions to the point where the Libra will resist being open to her in that way, and a Libra needs to feel emotions as well as express them. Capricorns are good at pushing you away and they are also good and trying to control others, when they are out of control themselves. Capricorns are also too demanding of the Libra that needs to feel more relaxed and fluid and not so pent up. The Capricorn woman is too jealous and insecure for the Libra. The Libra will get a lot of attention even when she does not try and she will have a budding social life if she chooses. The Capricorn will not understand that the Libra can have platonic friends. The Capricorn is just too aggressive for the Libra.. let it go!
We’ve only been dating for a month but we’re both 26 and were friends in high school. (Took us 8 years to figure out that we might get on well as a couple!) The attraction we feel (and have always felt) towards each other is mutually intense so that makes for good compatibility. He’s also very understanding and wise, if I have a problem, he has this smooth-like way of talking/helping me through it. And he’s good to me, spoils me with romantic gestures and affection, which I dig. He’s very motivated and driven, he’s returning to college this summer and as a freelance mechanic, is constantly hustling up work. As for the things that nag at me, he’s very quiet and I feel like I talk too much. (But he will talk if he’s passionate enough about the subject matter.) He’s also hard to read sometimes and I hate not knowing what’s going on with someone. I also wish he would be more forthcoming about his feelings and wants. But I can deal with all that! We’ve been reconnected for a reason. =)
I was with a Libra man for 8 years. It was something I fought from the beginning, but he seemed to take it as a challenge. The more I resisted the more he chased. He couldn’t understand how I couldn’t possibly want to be around him. That sums up the relationship well. If he hadn’t of been so persistent and loved the cat and mouse game so much, it wouldn’t have lasted as long as it did. Social butterfly is an understatement for this man. And he was NOT a loyal lover. My anger boiling to the surface. He wasn’t even phased. These men are sensitive. They are insulted easily and have a tendency toward the dramatic. While we complimented each other in many ways, intellect, culture, style, and humor, business is where we got along the most. It ended because I couldn’t stand always coming last to everyone else in his world. He sought acceptance and love from everyone. One person was not enough.
Me and my man have been talking for a year and it has had its ups and downs.. But there will always be more ups then downs and in which I’m so appreciative.. I fell in love with this man from the first date and knew off hand he was the one.. The first time we made love…OMG!!! Let me tell you he hits every spot…it’s just amazing..but nonetheless I’m very sensitive, hardworking but a procrastinator at times and he doesn’t like it.. He is built on his standards but since we have known each other we both have grown.. He loves the fact I make him feel like a KING and I love that he makes me feel like a QUEEN.. Though right know is a tough period and it’s why he has been moody it will not pull me away from him.. I know he just needs a little attention.. He doesn’t like alone time he just likes to be quiet sometimes and I’m ok with it.. When we talk..We Talk!!..and when he hurts my feelings he makes up for it..he is my man and I am is woman and our love just continues to grow.
We’ve been together for over 4 years now. With other men its like with time they loose interest in you and the relationship but this one’s like the more I’m with him the more he’s in love. Since I’m a libra woman, he’s a little upset when he sees that I have so many people to care about, so I’ve started to prioritize people now and I know now that he’s the one I should think of before anyone else. At first he used to be quiet harsh and unromantic and I often felt that he was more interested in other women who were more beautiful than me. But I’m surprised and so happy by the way things have changed in all these years. Now I’m the most beautiful woman for him and he loves to show me off to his family and friends. Haha. I’ve been able to mould him the way I wanted and he’s totally changed in these years.. I’m the only friend that he has so I encourage him to go out and make more friends but he doesn’t need anyone as long as I’m there with him.
Well this has been a rocky relationship. But for some reason i keep coming back. I’m a Libra woman and my girlfriend of three years is a Capricorn. Honestly she’s extremely hard to figure out. I hate that considering libras love KNOWING. She is very affectionate, passionate, and a real sweetheart. I have a whole lot of attitude and i’m hard to handle at times. Her moods never change with me which is weird i know many capricorns and they have weird mood swings . I’ve lived with three. My cappy & i live together. She is never cold to me . Always happy to see me and just as affectionate as ever. I’m in love with her… her loyalty has never faded. Mine hasn’t either. She puts me #1 in her life… and i love that. i turned her boring life into a carnival and she loves me for that. We have both shown each other things that we couldn’t see before. We are happily engaged.
I’ve known this Libra girl just about all my life. We started seeing each in a romantic way about 5 years ago. This is a very difficult relationship in my eyes. We’ve seemed to go in cycles in these past years. We start off with a deep chemistry, that every one around us could feel. But as we start to like each other more and realize that, we get comfortable and that chemistry dissolves. Everything with me takes time, and one of the problems with her is that she just loses interest so fast. She doesn’t understand I could see and feel that as plain as day. Once I feel that, I start to shy away from the relationship. My problem is I could over think things to the extreme. One little misunderstanding, and I start to question “us”. I’m only 18, but on occasions I see her as my wife. I really need help with this relationship. I think I love her :)
My relationship with my libra woman has not been a walk in the park. I deal like we have a bi polar relationship honestly. When it’s good it’s like heaven but when it’s bad it’s hell. We’ve had fights that should of broken us up. But we never have up on each other. I love my libra, it’s been a little over 3 years and were looking forward to marriage. Whether we happy or mad at each other or loyalty to one another is amazing. despite the arguments I love this relationship and getting to know one another. Were still growing and like someone else said. Our arguments make us stronger.
I’m a Capricorn female, and my boyfriend is a Libra male. I won’t lie, we had some real bad fights when we got together, for at least 6-12 months into the relationship because (truly) we are very different. We are not typical to our star signs but we have a lot of the similarities. But I can honestly say, those fights we had, they made us stronger. Maybe should have broken us up but we worked through it and 4 1/2 years later we are still together, still very different, but also much the same. As a Capricorn, the hardest thing to do is compromise – but if you want it to work out with a Libra, you must! We can be horribly selfish, us Capricorns, but if you let a Libra win every now and then you’ll find that you don’t have to be the winner of the battle every time, and you may not be right all of the time. All I know is, even when we fought, the last 5 years of my life have been the best I’ve had. I have him to thank for that.
I have been dating my Capricorn guy for almost three years, and like most people on here say, it’s up & down. However, I am very happy with him and truly in love with him. At first my Capricorn guy was borderline obsessed with me. Doting on me every second, taking me on sweet dates, very affectionate, sweet, loving, and it was great! Once we got more comfortable I began to see his moody ways. At first it really bummed me out because I would think it was something I did. But as time went on I realized its his nature, and you really have to brush it off. The most important thing I can advise it to communicate with your Capricorn man, because it’s likely he won’t be as communicative as youd like. I’ve noticed his anti social ways, spoke to him about it, and worked on it. I talked to him about his moodiness, he worked on it. He was very willing to compromise, but he will never completely change so you have to become accepting of his ways. Once you accept him, he will be the most amazing guy
I am a capricorn woman and I have been with my Libra for almost a year. It has been wonderful. I feel we have a lot of common ground when it comes to daily habits, concerns, and values. I have had intimacy issues and been alone for most of my adult life, but he makes me stronger. I have had my dark spells, but now that I have him, I have one goal: To love him right. I am determined to not let my baggage or depressed spells stop me from giving him unconditional love, respect, and loyalty. But when times are uncertain or tough, he is unwavering. He has made me tea at 4 in the morning when a family death kept me up all night. He doesn’t work right now, and that doesn’t bother me in the slightest. Caps tend to favor employed men, but I would not give up the bond we have for a man who offers me security. After being alone and supporting myself for so long, I have dealt with plenty of bad times alone, and love is what he gives me that I cant get myself
I have been with my fiance for over 4 years. We definitely have our differences, but it seems to work well surprisingly (most of the time) I have what he lacks in personality and visa versa. We have 1 beautiful little boy together and another baby boy on the way. We are very different when it comes to parenting, but that has also turned out to be beneficial to us. He is a wonderful provider and such a hard worker. This allows me to stay home and tend to the house work and our son. We both think that life should be that way. We value family equally and see eye to eye when it comes to domestic issues. I love him endlessly and he, I. He is very possessive and jealous, but so am I so the both of us cater to one another in regard to that. Meaning we don’t go out our way to cross that line that we both have with one another. He is exactly what I think a man should be. He is into money a lot more than I am. Which can be pretty irritating, but as I said, he IS the bread winner.
Im currently in a relationship with a Capricorn man, and it’s funny because I’m the one in control. He is very day-dreamy and loving and affectionate. He showers me with love and respects me in every aspect. He is very loyal but gets jealous very easily. I’m very nurturing so when he gets his depressive bouts I absolutely love to comfort him. He is a lot more sociable than I am, but we both love to go out or if we’re tired we like to cuddle and watch movies. He follows me around more than I follow him. As in, if I don’t want him to do something (like joining the military) he doesn’t do it. We both have mutual respect for each other and we have a lot in common emotionally. When we fight he does the best to fix it and I do everything to comfort him. He loves art and music, just like I do. He is a very hard worker and so I am, I’m more dedicated to work than him. He has a lot of Libra traits even though he is Capricorn, and I have a lot of Capricorn traits even though I’m libra.
This has by far been the most difficult relationship I’d ever been in. We were complete polar opposites and although our sex life was amazing, our personalities, desires, and goals clashed constantly. She had a tendency to dip into dark moods when things got a little hairy and there was absolutely nothing I could do to make it better. I just had to wait it out. I can say with certainty that I formed a special bond with this cappy and although we have gone our separate ways, I’ll always have a special place for her in my heart.
Perfect Opposites. Best relationship.
My boyfriend is a Capricorn and I a Libra, we’ve known each other for 10 years. We met in high school and had an instant connection. We’ve been dating for 2 years now and even though we are polar opposites, we work perfectly. He is a bit of a handful occasionally with his moodiness, but at the end of the day, he’s always the one to tell me about his day. He is a very affectionate and loyal partner.
I’m a Libra and I’m involved with a Capricorn. We have been married for 10 years now and have been together a total of 17 years. We have a GREAT relationship, but we work hard to make it a great relationship. As a Libra, I can say that I am extremely faithful to my husband, my friends & family. I am very loyal. As far as being jealous, I only get jealous when given reason to be. What I do hate about myself is when someone upsets or hurts me. It takes ALOT to upset/ hurt me, but once I’m there, I can go days, weeks….even months without talking to that person.
The only problems my Capricorn husband and I have are that he likes to drink & be out late often, be in control of EVERYTHING and have little trust in me. He hates that I like to do things with just us alone, can only handle 2-3 beers and socialize. BUT, we meet each other in the middle. We’ve learned to do that simply because we can’t be without the other.
My solution to our problems is that I let him believe he is in control (most of the time), tell him I’m on my 6th beer, and flirt with him constantly. He loves for me to flirt with him. He does his best to spend as much time with me & our daughter, or he does something really special for us once a week. And, he tries his best not to question my loyalty to him as I’m home, if not with him, most of the time.
I think we’re a wonderful match. We love each other so much and are constantly complimented on how we love one another. I believe that with every relationship, everyone must work hard & equally to make things work.
Not matter what (sign or no sign), we are all different. Not all Libras and not all Capricorns are the same. We have to take into consideration who are parents were and how we were raised.
Im a capri and i get along with Libras very well.
Yes at sometimes their(unexplainable) and at other times, when you really get to know them their verrrry sweeeet and loyal, faithful.
Maybe some people just don’t know hope to treat a libra right!
I am a Libra who has been in a longtime on again off again relationship with a capricorn woman. Throughout it all we have managed to stay friends and are very close. No matter what happens in the relationship (ups and downs ) we always gravitate back to each other. While not a relationship made in heaven it has been very rewarding and at times frustrating for both of us. The fact is we are still and have been attracted to each other since the day we met and none of our mismatched stars seem to be able to destroy that.
