The following chat rules are for the protection of the site and the clients of Insightful Psychics. By following these modest rules it will insure the longevity of your stay on our website. We employ a 3 warning system, after 3 warnings depending on the offense action wil be taken. In the case of a minor infraction it would be either a warning or being booted from the room, in the case of major ones or previously warned of ones, it would be a permanent banning.
- Only the readers of Insightful Psychics are allowed to do readings, anyone else found doing readings will be banned permanently . We wouldnt go into your house to do readings.
- There is to be no exchanging of E-mail addresses,any online messenger programs (AIM, ICQ, YAHOO, MSN etc), social networking sites or myspace.com profiles in the chat on Insightful Psychics. This includes but not limited to refering someone to add you from our page giving your name to look for or hinting how to find you. This will be strickly enforced for the following reasons:
1) To protect you the clients of Insightful Psychics from being stalked by another that could be out to cause harm.
2) To protect the website from any problems that could arise from issues concerning what was said in section 1.
3) To protect the website from someone email harvesting and using said emails for promotional use.
- Regular chatroom etiquette applies in our chatroom setting. Meaning that the over use of caps to state a point or shout are not proper etiquette. Please abid by this to make everyone happy.

- Please refrain from mentioning any other website or company while on Insightful Psychics that is directly involved or similar to the content of the website... This rule is made just out of the respect of the service we provide... Any abuse against this rule will result in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) of the client banned for an undetermined amount of time. This also includes but is not limited to posting links or work arounds in chat.
- The Hosts of the chatroom are the liasons between yourself and the administrator and vice versa. If they feel you have done something that breaks our rules, they will give us the heads up, and the site will take afirmative action after reviewing the chat. When no admin is in the chatroom, it is still being monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by an automated chatbot.
- No discussions about home locations or personal meetings with the psychics. Just like how we want you to feel comfortable in the rooms, we also want to give the psychics the same level of comfort. If any excessive sign of stalking occurs the information will be turned over to the proper authorities.
- No recruiting of any kind can be done on the site for personal, professional, website or other reasons. Any instances of this will be reason for a permanent banning.
